The Mindful Kid Card is a set of 16 distinct negative emotions door knob hangers. Children use these door knob hangers to identify the emotion they are experiencing, and politely express it to their parents by simply hanging the card on their room’s door knob. This gives the parents an opportunity to recognize the emotion, and help their children address it by creating strategies to deal with it.
